ブルビネラ・フロリブンダ

    南アフリカが原産です。高さは７０〜１００センチになります。３月から４月ごろ、花茎を伸ばして、穂状花序をだし、鮮やかなオレンジ色から黄色の花を咲かせます。生け花の材料にも使われます。ユリ科ブルビネラ属の多年草で、学名は Bulbinella floribunda。英名は Cat's tail。Cat's tail belongs to Liliaceae (Lily family). It is a perennial herb that isnative to South Africa. This herb can reach 70-100 cm in height. It growsup flowering stalks and blooms bright orange to yellow flowers in March toApril.
