プランタゴ・アルピナ [Index] [Back] ヨーロッパの山地、アルブスやアペニン、ピレネー山脈に分布しています。標高３０００メートル以下の、草地やたまに岩礫地などに生え、高さは５〜１５センチになります。葉は線形で柔らかくて薄く、３脈があります。７月から８月ごろ、狭い穂状花序に緑白色の花を咲かせます。 オオバコ科オオバコ属の多年草で、学名は Plantago alpina。英名は Alpine plantain。 The alpine plantain (Plantago alpina) belongs to Plantaginaceae (the Plantain family). It is a perennial herb that is native to the European mountains; the Alps, the Apennine and the Pyrenees mountains. This herb grows in medows, sometimes screes, to 3000 m elevation, and can reach 5-15 cm in height. The leaves are soft, thin, linear and three-veined.
