ひめのがりやす (姫野刈安) [Index] [Back] わが国の本州から北海道、それに東アジアやロシアの極東地方に分布しています。山地の渓谷や斜面に生え、高さは２５〜７５センチになります。根茎は短く、茎は直立して細いものです。葉は茎について７〜３０センチの長さになります。７月から１０月ごろ、長さ５〜１５センチの円錐花序に、各節２個程度の枝を出し、小穂をまばらにつけます。小穂は淡黄緑色、ときに紫色を帯びます。  イネ科ノガリヤス属の多年草で、学名は Calamagrostis hakonensis。英名はありません。 "Hime-nogariyasu" (Calamagrostis hakonensis) belongs to Poaceae (the Grass family). It is a perennial herb that is native to Honshu and Hokkaido, as well as East Asia and Russia Far East. This grass grows in mountane valley or slopes and it can reach 25-75 cm in height. The rhizomes are short, the stems are erect and slender. The leaves are cauline and 7-30 cm long. It bears a panicle, 5-15 cm long from July to October. The pancle has usually about 2 branches at each nodes, and produce spikelets sparsely.
