サラセニア・フラウァ (黄花瓶子草)

アメリカ南東部の海岸沿い、バージニア州からフロリダ州、アラバマ州にかけて分布しています。大型で直立するタイプで、高さは１．２メートルほどになります。松が自生する湿原に生え、細長いチューブ状の捕虫嚢（葉）があります。４月から５月ごろ、花を咲かせます。和名では「きばなへいしそう（黄花瓶子草）」と呼ばれます。 |

The Yellow trumpet (Sarracenia flava) belongs to Sarraceniaceae (the Picher plant family). It is a perennial herb that is distributed along the southeastern coast of the United States, from Virginia to Florida and Alabama. This herb is a large, upright type with a height of about 1.2 m. It grows in a marsh where pine trees grow naturally, and has elongated tubular bladders. The flowers come in April to May. In Japanese name, it is called "Kibana-heishi-so". |
