しろふくろたけ (白袋茸) [Index] [Back] 南極大陸を除く世界中に分布しています。初夏から初冬にかけて、森林や原野、畑地、庭園などの肥沃な土に生え、高さは１０〜２０センチになります。カサは初め卵形から球形、後にまんじゅう形からやや中高の平らに開き、直径は５〜１５センチです。カサは白色から帯灰色で、粘性があり平滑です。ひだは白色で後に肉色となります。柄は白色で、基部に袋状のツボ（菌包）があります。  ウラベニガサ科オオフクロタケ属のキノコ類で、学名は Volvopluteus gloiocephalus (syn. Volvariella gloiocephala、Volvariella speciosa)。英名は Big sheath mushroom、Rose-gilled grisette。  The Big sheath mushroom (Volvopluteus gloiocephalus) belongs to the family Pluteaceae. It is a mushroom that is distributed throughout the world except Antarctica. It grows from early summer to early winter in fertile soil in forests, fields, and gardens, and is 10 to 20 cm tall. The cap is ovate to spherical at first, and later open to a flattened bunched shape to slightly medium height, 5 to 15 cm in diameter. The cap is white to grayish, viscous and smooth.
